Severe thunderstorms prompted tornado warnings in northern Oklahoma, but there were no confirmed tornadoes and no injuries were immediately reported.
The National Weather Service issued warnings for Kay, Osage and Washington counties after numerous severe thunderstorms moved into the region late Sunday.
The weather service says spotters reported a funnel cloud west of Dewey as a storm moved through about 10:15 p.m.
Washington County emergency management spokeswoman Melissa Pitner said crews found uprooted trees in rural areas, but no major damage or injuries were reported.
Kay County emergency management director Dennis Bonewell says no funnels touched down, but flash flooding was occurring.
In Osage County, deputy emergency management director Adrian Horn says tornado sirens were activated in Pawhuska, but nothing touched down.
More storms were possible across Oklahoma on Monday.
