Security guard captures convenience store burglary suspect

A security guard catches a burglar at a closed convenience store.

We're told 39-year old Cewanee Steele was caught after the burglar alarm was set off at the One Stop at 12821 East 41st Street about 2:19 a.m. Monday.

Tulsa Police Sergeant Jeremy Noland said the suspect "exited the store where security officers were able to apprehend the suspect."

We're told Steele broke a window to get inside the store.

He was arrested for burglary and treated by EMSA for some superficial wounds sustained during the break-in.
