Muskogee, Okla. —
A convicted sex offender from Muskogee was arrested yesterday after he was seen at a school bus stop holding a sign that read "Pay $300 for sex."
We're told 52-year-old John James Williams was arrested by Muskogee police on a complaint of lewd proposal to a minor.
Williams is on the lifetime sex offender registry in Oklahoma following a 2001 conviction for Lewd Or Indecent Proposals/Acts To Child.
