OKLAHOMA CITY —

Police have arrested an Oklahoma City man after dispatchers received 17 harrassing and sexually suggestive phone calls they say came from his home.

Clyde Hobbs, 72, faces 17 counts of falsely reporting a crime. Oklahoma City Police Sergeant Jennifer Wardlow says it will be up to the District Attorney to determine if he'll face additional charges related to the content of his calls.

Wardlow tells KRMG many, if not all, of the calls were sexual in nature.

And, it turns out, Hobbs was arrested at least twice before for the same activity, including an arrest last December that also included a public intoxication charge.

Jail records indicate Hobbs remains incarcerated in lieu of bonds totaling $17,000.
