Penis pump judge arrested again

By Staff

Former Creek County judge Donald Thompson who was convicted of indecent exposure for using a penis pump has been arrested again.  Thompson was reportedly arrested for DUI early Tuesday morning.

The arrest affidavit states that Thompson was driving west on State Highway 117 near 49th west Avenue about 4 a.m. when he was pulled over for a broken tail light.  The Creek County deputy said in the report that Thompson was weaving from one side of the lane to the other side of the lane.

Deputy Bobby Raines said in the affidavit that Thompson had slurred speech and he smelled alcohol on Thompson's breath and noticed an open container.  Raines said Thompson admitted to drinking two beers during the evening.

Thompson was reportedly arrested after the deputy did three sobriety tests.  Raines then found a small silver bottle of pills in Thompson's pocket, according to the affidavit.  Thompson was given two breathalyzer tests and the first test result was 0.09g/210L and his second was 0.08g/210L, according to the arrest affidavit.

Tuesday’s arrest is the latest in a string of run-ins with the law for Donald Thompson.  According to Tuesday's arrest affidavit, Thompson has a misdemeanor conviction in Tulsa County for DUI in 2008.

In 2006, Thompson was convicted of indecent exposure for using a sexual device while on the bench and served time in prison.  And earlier this year, a Creek County judge dismissed a protective order against Thompson.  The girlfriend said Thompson had been stalking her and had threatened to kill her but did not show up in court.
