A Pawnee County woman claims several incidents of animal cruelty.

The Pawnee County Sheriff's Office and state agriculture officials are looking into a report that a quarterhorse was found with acid burns.

Carol Linville told 2 News yesterday that burns to her 14-year old horse are horrendous.

We're told her veterinarian said the burn could be treated, but Linville is thinking about putting the horse down.

Linville said this is not the first attack that she's found.

Someone poisoned one of her dogs around Christmas, then last week someone shot and killed one of her cows.

Linville said whoever did it is sick and she hopes they get caught.

If you have information on who is to blame, you are asked to call the Department of Agriculture animal cruelty tip line at 405-522-6120.
