Tulsa, Okla. —

After weeks of recounts, hearings and irregularities, Pat Key is officially the winner in the Tulsa County Clerk election.

Patty Bryant with the Tulsa County Election Board tells KRMG that the Election Board met this morning to certify the results.

Last Friday, a judge ruled that there were not enough irregularities to make a difference in the tight race.

Judge William Kellough found just 7 irregularities that met the standard to get the ballots tossed out in the election.

Kellough ruled the election can be determined with mathematical certainty and declared Pat Key the winner.

Key's margin of victory over Dean Martin stands at 184 votes.

Martin told KRMG after the ruling was announced that he is undecided on if he will appeal the judge's ruling.

Key doesn't have a Democratic challenger in November and will take office January 2, 2013.
