Owasso, Okla. —
Owasso police need your help in tracking down a person of interest.
Police captured images of a white male, dark hair, medium build and over 6-feet-tall on surveillance video. Officers want to know if he's connected with committing credit card fraud at local businesses.
Owasso PD said the man often visits local retail outlets wearing Adidas brand pants and flip-flops.
