A prison escapee and convicted murderer Lance Colbert has been arrested in Kansas.
Kansas troopers and the US Marshal’s Task Force worked together to find Colbert. Colbert had a weapon on him when they found him.
Colbert and another inmate, Dwayne Motsenbocker, were reported missing during Monday morning checks at the Mack Alford Correctional Facility in Stringtown, OK. That’s south of McAlester.
Colbert was convicted of killing two people at a Tulsa party in 1993.
