Rogers County —
A Rogers County mother poses as her child on Facebook and helps police arrest a man trying to have sex with her 12-year-old daughter.
Deputies say 29-year-old Jeffrey Adam Riggs was attempting to befriend the girl, when the mom took over and spoke with the suspect. When talk turned sexual, the mother then called police.
A meeting never took place, as OSBI agents and Verdigris officers arrested Riggs Friday evening.
He's currently at the Rogers County Jail. Riggs faces counts of soliciting sexual conduct or communication with a minor by use of technology.
