Many decisions await voters in Tuesdays election

TULSA, Okla —

The race for the White House has garnered the lion’s share of attention, but that represents one of one of many decisions voters will make next Tuesday. 

Tulsa voters will also elect a new Congressman to replace John Sulllivan who was beaten by Jim Bridenstine in the Republican primary. 

Democrat John Olson and Independent Craig Allen are also seeking Sullivan's seat. 

Outside of Tulsa in U.S. House District two it’s Democrat Rob Wallace versus Republican Markwayne Mullin. 

There are two state senate races in Tulsa, in districts 11 and 39.

There are state house races in districts 23, 66, 71, 72, 76, and 78. 

Voters will also consider six state questions, two propositions contained in Vision2 and a two Tulsa City Council seats in districts one and seven, are up for grabs. 

Voters will also find a number of judicial retention races on the ballot. 

The polls Tuesday, November 6, are open from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. 

In-person absentee voting in Oklahoma gets underway Friday, November 3.
