Man taped accidentally shocking himself with Taser and metal band

It'd be easy to say the video is shocking, but frankly it's common sense: you play with a Taser, you're going to get zapped.

This was a lesson a young man learned the hard way while videotaping himself buzzing different things with a Taser before shocking himself so badly his feet twitch in the air.

As Dangelo Conner of Brooklyn, New York stands in front of the camera making a speech of vulgar language, he lets the Taser crackle in the air.

He then moves to find objects he can zap, including a soda can.

It's when he decides to send electricity through a metal bracelet he's holding, though, that he learns Tasers are meant to do some serious damage.

As he touches the defense weapon to the metal band, he is flown out of his chair, feet jolting in the air.

He apparently isn't hurt too badly though, as his friends bend over laughing in the background.

Tasers pack a serious punch, the Daily Beast noting they deliver, "jolts to the heart at a rate of 1,100 times per minute, while pacing involves a rate of 70 to 80."

The video, which Conner promptly posted to his Facebook, has already been viewed over 21 million times and has gathered more than 490,000 shares with 180,000 likes.
