Man gets spotted being indecent inside theater

For the second time in less than a week, a man was arrested for being indecent inside a theater.

Tulsa police say the latest incident happened late Wednesday night, at an adult theater near 3rd and Elgin.

A plain clothes officer walked into the theater and spotted Curtis Isaac watching an adult film

Police say Isaac's privates were showing.  Plus, he was touching himself inappropriately.

Isaac was taken to the Tulsa County Jail, and he faces a count of indecent exposure.

On Monday, Randall Burchett was discovered being a little too frisky inside the same theater.

His pants were below his buttocks.  Plus, he was said to be doing indecent things inside the theater.

While searching Burchett, officers found lotion and talcum powder inside his pockets.  A meth pipe was also recovered from his pockets.

Once in custody, Burchett commented that "he is guilty, no doubt!"

Burchett faces counts of indecent exposure and possession of paraphernalia.
