A follow-up to a story KRMG first brought you on December 23.
23-year-old Justin Kyle Barberousse was charged on Friday with multiple felonies in relation to a first degree burglary on December 22.
He's accused of breaking into an elderly woman's house in Tulsa. An arrest report states the woman heard a noise and went out to investigate.
Barberousse saw the victim and pointed his weapon at her. The report states the woman yelled at the suspect, which caused him to flee the scene with a bag of jewelry.
A few hours later Barberousse was arrested while breaking into a vehicle. The arrest report says he had a gun on him when he was taken into custody.
