Man accused of punching 82-year-old mother multiple times

On Monday, a man was booked into the Tulsa County Jail on a count of aggravated domestic assault and battery against aged and incapacitated.

Police say this comes after 45-year-old Aaron Taylor was accused of punching his 82-year-old mother twice.  Making matters worse, the victim was in a wheelchair.

When officers arrived at the scene near 6th and Utica, they came into contact with Taylor's wife.  She informed them her husband punched his mother multiple times.

Before being taken into custody, Taylor was asked if he assaulted his mother and he "nodded his head up and down in agreement."  A motive for the assault hasn't been released.
