The crime was committed in 2002, but a jury has spared the life of a Pennsylvania man.
Forty-one-year-old Hugo Selenski was convicted of strangling a pharmacist and the pharmacist's girlfriend in 2002 and burying their bodies.
Selenski was convicted last week of first-degree murder in the killings of Michael Kerkowski and Tammy Fassett during a robbery at the pharmacist's home.
The jury's decision means he will serve life without parole.
