Latest bizarre ISIS fatwas: Ban on women slapping their thighs or swearing during billiards

The new guidelines came in the form of tweets and are said to have been passed down from ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. 32 documents detail outlandish regulations like;

* Men are not to swear while playing billiards or table football.

* When women can dye their eyebrows blonde.

* AK-47 assault rifles can be carried under a women's clothes as long as it doesn't "add definition to her body that could be deemed tempting to men."

* Members must surrender 1/5th of all goods and cash stolen or looted.

* Followers are allowed to burn "unbelievers" to death.

The Daily Mail reports another confirms "it is permissible to transplant the healthy organs of the body of an apostate to the body of a Muslim, in order to save the latter's life or improve his condition if he has lost organs."

That confirms earlier stories of bodies found without their organs near ISIS controlled territories.
