The Jenks Riverwalk Crossing sold to the Muscogee Creek Nation at an auction Tuesday morning inside the Tulsa County Courthouse.

Business owners have had a hard time staying afloat.

Carrie Williams owns the Marble Slab Creamery.

She says, "It's exciting to know that somebody has bought it and everything is going to start moving forward. We'll see what direction everything takes. But, I think it could only be for the better."

County leaders are excited about the possibilities the tribe can provide.

The shopping center has been in the foreclosure process.

It was sold for $11.5 million.

Keep it tuned to KRMG for more reaction.
