From the Rogers County Sheriff's Department:
The Rogers County Sheriff’s Office arrested the postmaster for the Grove Post Office on various sexual assault and domestic violence charges.
Sheriff Scott Walton says James Monroe Bullis Sr. was arrested and charged with sexual battery, second degree rape by instrumentation and domestic abuse by strangulation.
Bullis is currently employed as the postmaster for the U.S. Postal Service in Grove, Oklahoma.
Mr. Bullis Sr. also served as at one time as the postmaster in Claremore.
He is currently being held in the Rogers County Jail with current bond set at $120,000.
