Agents with the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics came across something a little unusual while serving a search warrant.
They went to a home in Sterling on January 2.
Investigators say they found a child's sippy cup that the mother, Pamela Rowland, had converted into a methamphetamine pipe. The glass pipe was connected to the cup.
Agents say a drug test kit confirmed the substance inside the cup was methamphetamine.
OBN also found syringes and a sawed-off shotgun inside the home.
A 2-year old baby girl was taken into protective custody.
Rowland was arrested and faces child neglect and drug paraphernalia charges.
