The price for gasoline around Tulsa is up by 13-cents per gallon today.
Observers saw the price for gasoline go up to $3.09 per gallon as recently as yesterday evening.
Some QuikTrip stores had the price as low as $2.96 per gallon yesterday.
You still might find it at $2.96 at some QuikTrips in Broken Arrow for a while yet this morning.
But then prices started rising.
What has caused the increase might be blamed in some cases on the storm back east.
