A former Tulsa city councilor entered a guilty plea involving a domestic dispute.
Tulsa Police were called last February when Eric Gomez got into a fight with his wife.
Gomez admitted yesterday that he interfered with a 911 call and resisted an officer.
Both offenses are considered to be misdemeanors.
A judge threw out charges that Gomez committed assault and battery in front of children.
