Swift was a first round pick of the Seattle Supersonics in 2004 and came to Oklahoma City with the team.

However, his playing time was limited and his once promising career ended in Japan after battles with alcohol and other addiction issues.

Swift’s 6,240 square foot Seattle home was sold two months ago but the new owners Eric Dalzell and his wife couldn’t move in until Swift was removed.

Dalzell said there were dog feces, guns, empty bottles of alcohol and bottles of prescription drugs as well as damage all over the house.

The basement had been used as a shooting range and Jessica Ko said of the smell “the first thing you get when you walk in the door is the kind of whiff of whatever is festering in here.”

The couple has been cleaning the house for two weeks but expect it will take two more months before they will be able to move in.

Its estimated Swift earned $20 million during his basketball career.
