Jenks, Okla. —

An out-of-control car crashed into the back of a house near 121st and Elwood in Jenks Monday, sparking a fire and causing heavy damage to the house.

The incident happened around 11:30 Monday morning.

Arrest records show 52-year-old Elizabeth Carella was huffing 3M Dust RemoverĀ  spray right before she plowed through a field and into a house.

We're told the two home owners found Carella in her burning car and revving her engine.

Black smoke was visible for several miles as the fire burned.

Firefighters quickly brought the blaze under control, but part of the roof was completely gone after the fire burned through it.

The woman who police say was driving the car that crashed into the house could be seen sitting in the back of an emergency vehicle as she was being checked by paramedics.

Police say she tried to flee the scene on foot, but she was quickly apprehended.

The home owners suffered minor injuries.
