Maryangela Tobin was expecting a birthday present for her daughter. She got seven pounds of weed instead.

To make matters worse when the man who was supposed to get the marijuana called Fed-Ex to complain, they gave him the address where they sent the package.

Tobin told police the man knocked on her door and asked her several times where his package was. She shut the door and locked it, then called police who arrested the ganja gangster.

Tobin is suing Fed-Ex saying they put her entire family in danger and violated privacy laws when they gave her address to the stranger.

The woman also told police despite the intended recipient being arrested, she is scared of what might happen when he gets out.
