Fatal explosion involves Takata airbags

Another negative surfaces for Takata air bag inflators.

There's been a fatal explosion, but this time, it was on a truck carrying the inflators and a load of ammonium nitrate.

The truck crashed, caught fire and exploded in southern Texas last week.

The company says it's helping authorities investigate the crash.

A newspaper (the News Gram of Eagle Pass) says a woman was killed when her home was destroyed in the explosion.
