Ong’s voice is one of the first things you hear in the movie Zero Dark 30. The attendant made a call from American Airlines flight 11 before the plane hit the north World Trade Center tower.

Family members say the voice brings back painful memories and calls the use of the segment “totally poor judgment and an abuse of the voices.”

The Oscar’s will be handed out tomorrow night in Hollywood.
