South Elm Place (S 161st E Ave) between Kenosha (71st) and Houston (81st) closed just before 5pm because the power lines were down across the street.
We’re told a dump truck in a nearby construction zone backed up and hit a power pole.
The Broken Arrow Police Department tells KRMG that the street could be closed for several hours.
