Drunken sales pitch gets man celebrity endorsement

You typically don't want to make a sales pitch while drunk.

Unless perhaps you're pitching your idea to celebrity chef and TV travel guru Anthony Bourdain.

Bloomberg reports that Matt Goulding sent a late-night email to Bourdain after what he says was many glasses of sake, asking him to invest in his startup web magazine "Roads & Kingdoms".

And he says Bourdain responded right away.

Bourdain is now an investor and editor-at-large in the magazine, which Bloomberg says has an eclectic mix of food, travel, and political news.
