It sounds like something out of a horror movie but this time it’s real. Guests at the Hotel Cecil noticed problems with their water.
Faucets dripped and continuing to run for days at the Los Angeles hotel before the staff found the body of a missing Canadian tourist in a tank supplying water to guests.
Surprisingly, the Los Angeles County department of health says the biggest fear is fecal contamination and not decomposition.
One worker at the department told interviewers they thought the chance for any health problems were very minimal.
The hotels water system and pipes will be disinfected but guests at the hotel say the damage is done and they are sick just thinking about the situation.
Hotel video caught the last known footage of the woman before she went missing.
