Tulsa Police stop a one man crime spree around 15th and Peoria.

Tulsa Police Sergeant Gary Otterstrom described how the suspect Archie Neal Monroe allegedly committed a burglary, two arsons and a disturbance.

But he didn't stop there.

"The same suspect had gone into the parking lot there at 15th and Peoria near Jason's Deli and vandalized about sixc vehicles."

Otterstrom also says Monroe was arrested last night for arson and malicious mischief.
