A Muskogee woman is dead and five passengers in her car are hospitalized after a one-vehicle crash yesterday on the Muskogee Turnpike.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol tells us 30-year old Tiffany Borovetz of Muskogee died when she lost control of the vehicle she was driving and it went off of the turnpike to the right.

We're told the accident happened at 4:49 p.m. Wednesday at mile marker five northbound in Wagoner County.

State Troopers tell us two passengers were thrown out when the 1995 Chevrolet Suburban went off of the highway and rolled over about six times.

42-year old Clara Chaplin of Muskogee was admitted to Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa and was reported to be in stable condition.

23-year old Quentin Chaplin of Muskogee was admitted to Saint Francis Hospital in critical condition.

9-year old Dillion Borovetz, 13-year old Jordan Borovetz and 7-year old Christopher Crutchfield also were hospitalized in critical condition.

Tiffany Borovetz, Clara Chaplin and Dillion Borovetz had to be extricated from the vehicle by the Broken Arrow and Coweta fire departments.
