TULSA, Okla. —
Tulsa are investigating what they believe is an apparent suicide after 3 young men found a body in the middle of the Arkansas River.
The 3 teens saw the body then went to a nearby fast food restaurant to call police around 4:20 Monday afternoon.
Police tell KRMG that the incident does not appear suspicious and has all the makings of a suicide.
The medical examiner was called in to identify the body, described as a white male with black hair, and determine the cause of death.
The scene caused traffic to back up even more than usual on the evening commute.
