The man accused of firing gunshots outside the Tulsa County courthouse is scheduled be in court today.

We're told there are questions about whether Andrew Dennehy is competent to stand trial on charges of shooting with intent to kill on the plaza between the courthouse and the Tulsa Central Library on March 7th, 2012.

The gunfire injured a sheriff's deputy, a bystander and Dennehy.

His psychologist tells us Dennehy had psychotic symptoms marked by delusions of persecution and doesn't have the present capacity to rationally assist in his defense.
