Tulsa, Okla. —
A father pleads guilty on Friday to two counts of child neglect and one count of throwing human waste on a police officer.
Tulsa court records show he'll be back in court for sentencing on April 24th.
Police say Raymond Wofford III's 20-month-old child was found starving by neighbors and his three-year-old was seen around the neighborhood begging for food.
Police say the father also spat on an officer while in custody.
