For the second day in a row, Broken Arrow police nab a man on Tulsa's most wanted list.

It also makes the third person from Tula’s most wanted list captured in Broken Arrow in 10 days.

Vincent Carter was arrested today in an apartment near Aspen and West Houston or 81st and South 145th East Avenue after a tip.

"We had several officers respond to the location and we were able to make contact with them in an apartment and then subsequently arrest him," says Broken Arrow Police Major Mark Irwin.

The 19 year old was wanted in Tulsa County for escape, possession of a controlled drug, possession of a controlled drug with intent within 1000 feet of a school, two counts of knowingly concealing stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Yesterday Broken Arrow police arrested Marcus Cook after chasing him when he ran from them.

The incident forced three Broken Arrow schools to go on lockdown.

Police say Cook was in south Broken Arrow because he had relatives in the area.
