It’s something you’d expect from a movie, but it happened in real life.
A worker at a Volkswagen plant died at the hands, or claws, of an assembly robot.
The Associated Press reported the man in his early 20s was part of the team setting up the robot at the Baunatal, Germany plant.
A VW spokesperson said the robot to crush the man against a metal plate.
The company added that human error was likely to blame, not a rogue robot.
