Tulsa, Okla. —

The Oklahoma Department of Transportation is advising drivers to be prepared for lane closures on the bridge of westbound direction of 46th Street North (also known as State Highway 266) as they do some emergency repairs on the bridge.

The left hand (inside) lane of southbound Highway 169 where it goes beneath the bridge was closed for more than two hours.

Crews found a two-square-feet section of pavement that was deteriorating on a bridge joint and say it will take several hours to make repairs.

Drivers should expect delays.

KRMG spoke with workers repairing the bridge.

They believe the repair should take a couple of hours and should be done by 4:30 P.M., just in time for rush hour.
