84-year-old accused of soliciting a sexual act

We've learned an 84-year-old Claremore man was feeling a tad frisky Friday afternoon.

Now, he faces a count of soliciting a lewd act.

Tulsa police say the incident happened in the area of Mohawk Park, around 1:15 p.m.

An officer approached Jack Rhodes and sat down at a nearby table.   A short time later, Rhodes is accused of soliciting the officer for  a sexual act.

No word on if the officer was there in an undercover capacity.

The subject was arrested and taken to the Tulsa County Jail.
