Tulsa, Okla. —
A 63-year-old man exposes himself to an undercover officer Friday evening.
Tulsa police say Richard Vance Morgan was arrested around 10:30 p.m. at an adult theater near 3rd and Detroit.
The suspect approached the officer and started to talk dirty. Police say Morgan then pulled down his shorts, exposing his private parts.
The officer then identified himself and took Morgan into custody.
He was arrested for one count of indecent exposure and one count of engaging in lewdness within 1000 feet of a church.
Morgan was taken to the Tulsa County Jail.
