“Girls Gone Wild” has now gone broke

Company filed for bankruptcy

It’s been 16 years since videos of partying college students and other late nite fans hit the big time. Now Girls Gone Wild founder, Joe Francis has filed for bankruptcy to try and keep his company away from Las Vegas legend Steve Wynn.

Francis owes Wynn over two million from gambling debts as well as a settlement after Wynn sued him for slander.

In all, Francis and his company owe Wynn more than ten million dollars and totals over 16 million in debt.

Some call it "the end of an era" and others say it's about time.

Francis may have the last laugh overall. He told insiders he will keep all of his money through the process and still has plans for Girls Gone Wild in the future.
