A strange looking dog in Norfolk, Virginia caused a number of residents to make a call to 911.
Callers believed they were seeing a baby lion roam the streets of the city.
The dog is a labrador-poodle mix and is cleverly shaved to resemble a lion. The dog, Charles the Monarch, had gotten out from his owners property and was roaming around by himself.
The owner had shaved the dog to look like the Old Dominion University mascot.
He is a common sight for locals, but those who haven't seen him before usually have to take a closer look.
