The girl’s parents claim the boy has bullied their daughter and other children all year. But this time, they said, he went too far.
The kindergartner is accused of telling the girl, "I want to slit your throat and watch you bleed."
Brian Metzger told WISN he took out a restraining order as a last resort when school officials refused to remove the boy from the classroom.
Kenosha, Wisconsin, school worker Tanya Ruder said in regards to the incident, “There's not a set threshold of what causes or what would determine when a child is moved out of a classroom."
And, she added, “there's always two sides to every story."
Regardless of the boy's side of the story, Metzger is sticking to his guns. He told CBS 58, "I want him removed from the school district, period."
So far, the boy's family has refused to comment. A hearing is set for next week.
