UPDATE 9:16pm: Tulsa Police tell KRMG that the missing child has been found.
Authorities on the scene say the boy was not picked up from his daycare.
Tulsa Police Corporal Calvin Williams tells KRMG that the father told police officers that the 2-year-old was last seen at the home about 5:30pm.
Police and neighbors canvassed the neighborhood.
The child was believed missing for nearly 3 hours.
It was not initially clear why it took so long for the daycare to notify the parents or authorities about the child not being picked up or why the father told authorities that the boy had been at home.
Tulsa Police are investigating the disappearance of a toddler.
KRMG's Nicole Burgin is on the scene at the home where the child lives in the 9200 block of South 87th East Avenue, near 91st and Memorial.
Area residents are searching nearby neighborhoods with flashlights, looking for the child.
Details are still unclear, but initial reports indicate the child is described as a white Asian.
The child was apparently last seen inside a home in the neighborhood around 5:30pm.
An Amber Alert has not been issued.
