A pre-teen girl is dead after a stray bullet enters a building.
Authorities are charging an 18-year-old with first-degree murder in the shooting death of an 11-year-old girl.
They say the teen, Tevin Lee, had been aiming his gun at members of a rival gang when a stray bullet went through an open window and a wall and struck Shamiya Adams in the head.
She died several hours later at a hospital in Chicago.
