Oklahoma City -A 3-year-old boy was hit and killed by a vehicle Wednesday afternoon in Oklahoma City.
Police say the accident took place shortly after 1 p.m. in a McDonald's parking lot on the northwest corner of Northwest Expressway and Council Road.
The boys mother and her two children, ages 3 and 4, were walking through the parking lot when the boy got away and all three were hit by an SUV, according to Police.
The mother had broken bones and 4-year-old boy had some bruises, both were taken to the hospital. The 3-year-old died at the scene.
The driver of the SUV is believed to be a 23-year-old woman according to Police.
