Workshop blaze in Creek County injures man working on car

A fire inside a workshop near Sapulpa injures a man.

The fire was ignited in the interior of a building that was located behind a residence near 9200 South 161 West Avenue in Creek County.

The fire was reported around 10:30 p.m. Monday.

The victim refused to go to the hospital for treatment to burns on his body.

The fire destroyed the workshop.

The cause of the fire is under investigation, but I'm told the blaze started while the man was working on a car.
