Tulsa, Okla. - A woman given probation after pleading no contest to second-degree manslaughter of her son, will now head to jail.
Tulsa court records show Krysta Dawson violated her probation by moving to Arkansas and not notifying the District Attorney's Office of her new address. She also wasn't keeping current on probation fees.
Dawson was sentenced on Thursday to four years in jail in connection with the bathtub drowning of her nine-month old son. Court records show she was accused of leaving her child in the tub unattended.
In 2010, Dawson was granted a deferred sentence for child neglect and a suspended sentence for manslaughter.
