Woman robbed on church parking lot

Tulsa, Okla. — Tulsa police are investigating an armed robbery on a church parking lot.

We're told four 15-year old boys asked a woman for a ride at the McDonald's near 71st and Mingo around 10 p.m. Thursday.

She was instructed to drive to a neighborhood near 41st and Memorial.

“They started to get out (of the car) when the male sitting behind her pulls a gun (and) puts the gun to her head and says ‘give me your money or I’ll kill you,’” TPD Cpl. Chris Butterfield said.

They took $400 in cash from the woman before exiting her car at the Aldersgate United Methodist Church parking lot at 3702 South 90 East Avenue.

The suspects fled on foot.

No one was injured.
