Woman pleads guilty to stealing rifles

We have updated information regarding a man and woman accused of stealing nearly a dozen rifles from Action Arms back on Nov. 10.

A Tulsa newspaper reports 37-year-old Shannon Fryman pleaded guilty on Monday in federal court to conspiracy, felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition, theft from a licensed firearms dealer, and the sale of stolen firearms. She has not been sentenced yet.

Fryman and 44-year-old Anthony Martinez were both arrested after investigators received an anonymous tip.

In Fryman's plea agreement, she confessed to conspiring with Martinez to steal the guns and later sell them.

KRMG will update the story as Martinez's case moves through the court system.
